Welcome to the Blitz

The Broomfield Blitz Football Club is a competitive youth football chapter of the Jefferson County Midget Football Association.  We field teams based on grade level with flag football for Kindergarten and 1st grade and tackle football for 2nd to 8th grade level, playing teams from across the Denver metro area, to include Arvada, Brighton, Golden, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood and Wheatridge. Home games are played at the Broomfield Commons, while away games are at the various Denver Metro area communities.

Our goal is to improve the skill level and confidence of each player so that they are able to enjoy the game of football and prepare them to play football at the next level.   We support this goal by providing three levels of competitive play within the JMFA football League.  The less experienced teams start play at the Division 3 level, and we move up the competitive scale through Division 2 onto Division 1 where we have our most skilled and competitive teams playing, thus we have the right situation, right team, and learning environment to allow your child to grow and enjoy their competitive football experience.

We believe in building Champions

"Champions have the courage to get back up"

Fitting Night

Hello Blitz Family!

You will get 20% off your total purchase on anything you buy these days. Attached on this email and under 'documents' on our home page is the coupon for Dick's Day for Broomfield Blitz.

If you can not make it to one of the fitting nights you can go to Ink and Threads for fittings.  They are located at 9053 N Harlan st #34, Westminster 80031. Ink and Threads is open Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm. You can start getting fitted there April 13th, 2016. Please bring your shoulder pads to make sure your jerseys fits correct.

Blitz also offers two fundraising to help offset the cost of registration and uniforms.  The two fundraisers are Snap Booster and King Soopers cards.  You can fundraise as much as you like up to May 31st 2016. After May 31st 2016 all fundraising you do will go towards the follow football season. If you are an 8th grader or you do not return to Blitz the following year for any reason and you have a balance left over on your account from these two fundraisers the left over fundraise money will go back into the Blitz organization. This year fundraising will go toward uniforms first and then registration. Documents for the two fundraisers are located in documents under fundraisers.

Randy Jones will email all families who have fundraise the first week of June to let you know what you have fundraise all together.  Once you receive this email from Randy you will have one week from this day to pay your reminding balance off on uniforms. If you do not pay off the balance for uniforms in the week time frame of getting the email from Randy you will receive a $10 rush order on each jersey.  You will need to get your reminding balance to our accountant Rick Hill rhill987@yahoo.com.

Any uniform order that is not done through fundraising and is order June 1st 2016 or after will be charged a $10 per jersey rush order fee.

If you fundraise for uniforms you will need to email Felicia Taylor mommatf1979@gmail.com your player's uniform sizes so she can order them for you. You also have the option of giving your child's size to her at the fitting nights at Dick's.  If you do not fundraise you will need to order your players uniform online at broomfieldfootball.net and the go to the online store. Uniforms will not be ordered until they are paid in full.
