Conduct a Competitive Football program to teach fundamental and advanced skills of Football and prepare players for an opportunity to play High School Football. We strive to promote sportsmanship and to build selfconfidence.
The Broomfield Blitz Football Club is a competitive youth football chapter of the Jefferson County Midget Football Association. We field teams based on grade level with flag football for Kindergarten and 1st grade and tackle football for 2nd to 8th grade level, playing teams from across the Denver metro area, to include Arvada, Brighton, Golden, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood and Wheatridge. Home games are played at the Broomfield Commons, while away games are at the various Denver Metro area communities.
Our goal is to improve the skill level and confidence of each player so that they are able to enjoy the game of football and prepare them to play football at the next level. We support this goal by providing three levels of competitive play within the JMFA football League. The less experienced teams start play at the Division 3 level, and we move up the competitive scale through Division 2 onto Division 1 where we have our most skilled and competitive teams playing, thus we have the right situation, right team, and learning environment to allow your child to grow and enjoy their competitive football experience.
We believe in building Champions
"Champions have the courage to get back up"

All fees will need to be paid before practice starts next week. We will accept Cash or check payments at the camp or you can go online and pay by credit card. Your son will not be able to practice until fees are paid in full.
Just a reminder that your Physical and Release of Liability must be turned in at the beginning of the 1st practice before your son can participate, and that the rest of the paperwork (Birth certificates, Utility Bills and Proof of Grade) will need to be turned in by the end of the 1st week. Thank you for helping us make the paperwork collecting process easier on our managers this season!
In an effort to reduce the instances of managers finishing up books at weigh-ins and in an effort to make weigh-ins an easier process this season, we are requiring that all paperwork be turned in to the manager no later than the beginning of the last practice during the week of August 10-15. Physicals, Parent Code of Ethics and the Release of Liability for Minor Participants must be turned in before the player can participate in the 1st practice. Both of the forms can be found and downloaded on the document section of our website. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Proof of grade, Utility Bill and Birth Certificates need to be turned in by the last practice of the week of August 10. Your player will not be allowed to participate in practice until all these items are turned in.
Please take the next few weeks to get your paperwork together so you can hand it in before practice begins.
